Team Task: force turnover in attacking area
Rules: Red 10 & Blue 6 are locked in high zone. CB is locked in low zone. 7/11/LB/RB are free to go anywhere. Red 10 can enter attacking zone when in possession.A goal is scored by a player dribbling the ball over their goal line.
Ball always restarts from the coach playing the ball into the Blue CB (coach to play some hard balls in to highlight a pressing cues on the Cb's bad touch)
4 x 3 minutes + 1 minute break (15 mins)Progression 1- no players locked in zones

Team Task: Stay organised whilst putting pressure on the ball carriers
Rules: (20 mins)
- Restarts can be from Blue goalkeeper or wherever the coach drops the ball on the field.
- Blue team aim to score
- Red team win possession and try to score in less than 5 passes
Player Tasks:

#6 - Support our pressing by marking opposition free player
#8's - Support our pressing by marking opposition free player left by our #10
#8's - Be aware of opposition FB if press fails
#7/#11 - Put pressure on ball carrier
#7/#11 - Press on CB must be in passing channel to FB
