The grid will consist of 12 players.

I will split the playrs into 2 teams, they will then have to pair up with 1 player on the opposite team.

1 will be feeding the ball to a player, the player will have to volley it with the inside of their foot. The will alternate feet when they change the cone they run to.

Once both players have had a go, they will then use the laces to volley the ball back into the other players hands.

In a 10x10m area there willbe 6 players on the outside and 6 players on the inside.

The players on the outside of the grid will feed the ball into the player in the middleand they will volley it back into their hands. Once the players have rotated around, they will then use the laces to volley it back into the player on the outsides hands.

Small Sided Game

In a 15x20m area it will be a 6v6, with wide channels.

It will be a normal game, but once the ball is played into the wide area the attacking player can pick it up and throw it in to attempt a volley, if this is successful it is 2 goals. If the attacking team score a volley from open play, it is 3 goals.

Progression

If the volley is a defensive clearence that is 1 point.
