Each station is 1-1:30 minutes in length
Station 1:
- Jog to the first hurdle
- Two feet jumps over hurdles
- Sprint to the ball
- 10 Toe Taps
Station 2:- Figure 8 with the ball (Inside, outside, etc)
- Jog to Ladder
- Footwork exercise - player choice
- Sprint passed the Yellow Cones
Station 3:- Two runners at the same time
- Sprint around the red cone; Then sprint to the red cone, back peddle to the side red cone, sprint back to top, and back peddle to the start
- Change sides when you have completed the right so your body gets both sides
Station 4:- Pair toss juggling
- R/L Foot; Thigh to foot; Chest to foot; etc.
- 1-touch passes when done
