Organization:
Players warm up with a quick game of nuke em. They punt the ball to the opposite rectangle
Instructions:
Ball can't land in no mans land (shaded area). If the ball bounces in
the "country" or one teams rectangle. the kicking team gets a point.
Must cross the boundaries above the height of the goal
First team to 11 wins
Coaching Points:
P1 - catch the ball using a high contour or basket catch
p2 - all high countours. keep elbows slightly bent. move feet to catch the ball at its highest point
Call for ball. "KEEPER!"
Progressions:
P1 - 1 ball. any type of catch
p2 - 1 ball. high contours only (over head)
p3 - 2 balls, high contours only
p4 - 3 balls!!! high contours only

Instructions:
Players drop back and then attack the ball. performing a high ball save

First step is no step- wait with feet moving
High contour save, elbows slightly bent
jump with one foot (right side right foot, left side left)
land on both feet
