Red attack white score on their line to score a point, once they do jump back and defend their line.

Forfeit: sprint to other fence and back.

Using the side goals,  4 x  going on at once in ability groups

Start with a drive and dump pass, the attacker gets the ball and goes towards goal.

Other 3 v 3 must start in the D and the defend in d team must look to front mark their players.
