Objectives: Introducing a first touch while pressure is coming, with abiltiy to dribble.
Emphasis: Positive first touch, control of the ball while dribbling, change of direction if needed
Coaching Points: ball close while dribbling
Organization: 15x15 yard square, two goals 4-5 yards apart facing same directions Two lines facing each other in between goals.
Equipment: Disc cones, Balls, goals
Goals: Players being able to dribble and make a decision to score
Instructions: Player A will dribble to the middle and Player B will close them down to try and win the ball. Player A will try to beat the defender to try and score.

Objectives: Manipulting the ball with speed while maintaining control
Emphasis: Keeping the ball close
Coaching Points: Part of foot, part of the ball

Equipment: Disc cones, tall cones, small goal
Goals: Dribbling at speed with head up while maintaing control
Instructions: Players will dribble around and guide the ball through the middle of opposite cones.

Dribbling races
Begin with dribbling to get comfortable with format. Players wil dribble forward, get around the three cones then dribble through the gate and back to their line.
