Set up players into groups of 2. Have one ball and three cones 10-15 yards infant of them. Players pass the ball across the area, trying to hit the cones. If a player hits a cone, they pick that Cone up and give it to another team. That team would then have four cones. If a player hits two cones, only take one. The first team to get rid of all their cones wins.

Set up a 40x30 area divided into two halves. Place five players in each half and give each of them a number. When the coach calls a number, that player enters the opposing team's box and tries to steal the ball. Make it a competition. The first player to win or force the ball out of the box gets the point.

Set up a 40x30 area divided into two halves. Place five players in each half. Have one ball with coaches on the sides with extras—coach player the ball into a team (red). The two closet blues then enter the red box and try to win the ball. Red get the point for every pass they make. If blue steals the ball, then they must try and pass it back to their side. If successful, the two closest reds will go into the blue half and try to steal the ball. If the defending team (blue) forces a mistake, the coach would then play a new ball into their side (blue)
