Essence:
Transition from short-lifted passes to long-flat passing.
Structure:
Players in groups of 3 create a triangle. Two players outside exchange short lifted passes, over the lifting beam, being allowed to touch the ball only twice. Players in the triangle inside exchange sweep flat passes. When trainer blows the whistle, players within the groups of 3, change positions anti-clockwise, and as soon as possible restart the passing. Players need to count their short lifted passes. The group that makes the most passes wins.
Pointers:
1.Make sure players in the triangle inside keep more then 10 m from each other.
2.Players on the outside stay 1-2 m rom each other.
3. Look for dynamic swaps in the triangles, and quick reaction of the player entering the big triangle.
Variations:
+/-You can add another group of 3 making it a square inside.
+ To make it more intense, you can add another ball to the big triangle, or making it one touch passing.
+/- You can make the spaces between the players bigger/smaller forcing them to run more.

Variations:
+ C can hit the ball with reverse hit.
+ C can hit the ball without recieving it.
+ One hand variartion. Left and right.

At the blue cone while still in the movement player B pushes the ball in direction of the circle with his forehand moving the ball close to his left foot and then behind his back. His body has to face the trainer that is in front of him. Player C makes a curved lead to his backhand, recieves the ball, and hits on the goal.
Pointers:
1.Feet, shoulders and head of player B during the pass in direction of the trainer. Movement onlywith hands and stick.
2. B keeps the ball close to his left foot.
3. In the moment of the pass the right foot is in front.
Variations:
- Let player B turn with his body to make a pass
+Player C can hit the ball without stopping it.
+Replace the push fake pass with a short grip hit. Placing the ball behind your body on the left and hitting the pass to player C, still keeping your body facing the trainer.

Essence:
Disquise forehand pass, wit the ball in front of the player

Carrying the ball on is forehand, in front of his feet. After passing the last red cone, he makes a disguise forehand pass into the open space. When player B is approaching the last red cone, player C creates space by going to the ball and then goes deep for the through ball, which he recieves with backhand and finishes with a shot on goal.
After each pass, players move to the postion where they passed.

Essence:
Adusting the passing technique to the distance between the players. Adjusting the scoring technique to the zone of the circle.

Player A starts on the blue cone, and makes a push pass to player B who is waiting on the opposite blue cone outside the circle. Player B then recivies the ball and carries it inside the circle to shoot on goal with a hit. After the hit, player B runs to the yellow cone where he recives the pass from player A but this time the pass is a sweep. B stops the ball, turns quickly and with a push, shoots on goal. Afterwards B runs quickly to the red con where he gets a hit pass that he is not allowed to stop but change its direction with a tip in.

Passing accuracy (15 mins)
Essence:
Passing technique and accuracy.
Structure:
Players stand in front of each other at about 20m distance. In between them there is a red goal made from cones. Initialy the goal should be about 2 m wide. Every time the pass has to go through the goal.
If the pass goes outside the goal, players need to swap places, by running across the goal.
After every 5 correct passes the goal gets smaller by one feet.
If a pass hits the cone, but the ball still goes through the goal each player needs to do 3 squats. If it hits the cone and goes outside players still need to swap.
Pointers:
1. Before every pass keep your right foot in front.
2. Keep your left shoulder in direction of the player you passing the ball to.
3. After every pass make a folowup with the stick.
Variations:
+/- Make the distance between players shorter, as well as distance between the cones bigger.
+ Put yellow cones 5m, green 7,5 m, and blue cones 10m, from the goal, a bit outside the the passing zone. If player without the ball moves to yellow cone then the pass is a push, if he moves to green cone pass is a slap, but if he moves to the blue cone it is a sweep. Player without the ball forces player with the ball to adjust his passing technique.
Can be also done on the reverse side, or both at the same time.
