Follow your pass
Play starts with the player in the position of the 5 who plays to the 11
The 11 checks of his mark and plays a ball into the 10
The 10 then plays a ball to the 2
The 2 plays a through ball to the 7 who is making a forward run into an area that enables him to cross the ball to the 9
The 9 then finishes the passing pattern with a shot on goal
Progression
Allow players to decide combination of passing
Gradually ramp up shooting level to ensure both GK and players are warm before full power shooting

Football Sprints –
3 x 10 x 2
Players get into groups of 3
Player A goes to striker
Player B goes to ball feeder
Player C goes to #7
Player B plays the ball to player C who sprints the 15mts to get to the ball then cross to Player A who has bent his run to get onto the crossed ball.
Rotate the roles to ensure all players go through the different roles
Players feed the ball to the #7 is the resting player
