Distribution 2 (20 mins)
Here the Goalkeeper receives a pass back and plays out the other way, he then looks to play forward to the final server who then looks to take a touch and then have a shot on goal.

Distribution 3 (20 mins)
This is a 4 v 2 practice. The practice starts with a passback and then looks to play out effectively to beat the opposition front 2 and get the ball into one of the shaded areas. If the two win it back then they go through on goal and look to score.
