Functional practise - Movement off static marking, diagonal pocket work.
Description: Combination play where emphasis is on the movement on the middle cones, players are looking to work off a travelling ball trigger and eye contact. Different ways to move, for example coming across the cone or in the diagram as shown, peeling off into the pocket. Players continously follow their pass.
Players, key points:
1) Movement triggers - As the ball reaches the foot of a teammate, make a move
2) Quality of passing - W , T , D , A
3) First touch - In front and play off the second
4) Tempo - Play at a high intensity, demand a fast ball

Functional practise - Movement as the ball travels, establishing shape quickly
Description: Players are trying to get from square 1 - 4 by combining and moving as a unit. Key to this game is to establish shape quickly when you get into your new square.
Players, key points:
1) Quality of passing - W , T , D , A
2) Movement - Arc runs and be unpredictable to get space, establish shape with it
3) Shape - Overload of 4 v 2 so try a 3 with a middle man or a 4 side split

Functional practise - Rotations and loosing your marker
Description: Players are playing in 3 thirds where they can only move in their square and the one directly infront of them
Players key points:
1) Movement - Constantly moving to create better angles to recieve
2) Quality of passing - 3 yard checks to recieve
3) Rotations - When you see space, eat into it and let your teammates react

Decription: Players start in square 1 where its multi D movments and dynamic stretching, square two is ball work where reds pass to reds and blues to blues, square 3 is footballs in the air where players can only pass in the air with their hands. Square 4 is one pass on the floor with feet and next one in the air with hands.
Progression - Team starts in Square 1 and square 3 to make more space
