Instructions:
Defensive Player D begins action by taking a pass away and moving toward Player A. Player A passes to Player B. Player C moves to the open corner of box to get into position for Player C
Coaching Points:
Stay aware of where you should be on the field
Use the inside of your foot to trap and pass the ball
Progressions:
Defensive player begins by just taking away a passing option and progresses to putting some pressure on offensive player. Finally Players play 3v1 full opposed.

Organization:
Two Teams
Every player is assigned a number one team all evens the other all odd.
Instructions:
Coach calls numbers then plays the ball in and allows players to figure out the situation and make best decisions on and off the ball
Coaching Points:
Recognize the situation and attack the goal with speed and pace before defence can get organized
Progressions:
Coach can send out a 3v2 sinerio and send in two more defenders from half field line to encourage attackers to attack
