Technical Applying movement into a chest pass to progress into being able to move and stop with the ball. |
Organizational / Instructions
* Class will be put into 2 or 3 lines behing the white line as they wait for their turn.

* Focus is more on the pass than the shot but allows a little bit of fun for participants.
Coaching Points
* Don't rush the movement take it at own pace to know when & where to throw the ball between each other.
* Use main points of chest pass to perfect the accurate throw.
Progressions / Adaptations

Progression: Runner will move faster meaning thr thrower will have to time their shot quicker.
Adaptation: Take it down to a slow jog to allow more time for thrower to catch.
