Whites play out from the back, ball with right centre back.
1 Striker will arc his run to apply pressure. Can be agressive and trying to keep the ball on this side of the pitch. Not allowing a big diagonal.
2 Other striker in a position to affect the decision to play into the deepest midfielder and the opposite centre back. If the ball goes back to the goalkeeper, striker 1 closes down stopping the ball going to the right centre back.
3 if the midfieder goes deep, then the 2 central midfielders will decide who goes with the player, ideally it would be the central midfielder on the opposite side.
4 this means that the wide right player will come narrow into the next zone, in a position to affect the white midfielder on the opposite side to the ball.
5 wide left player is in a position to affect the ball into the attacking wide player (who isnt in the set up) hopefully only allowing an arieal ball to the player. Also, needs to be able to arrive at the white full backs position once the ball gets played. Again being aggressive on the front foot.
6 One of the centre backs has to pop out the affect the midfeild player who has been left. Not going too tight too early.
7 Opposite full back comes narrow helping the lone centre back, leaving his attacker (not in the set up) , as this is the least dangerous player. ( moving into the next zone.)
8 Left full back plays on the inside of the wide attacker. making the back 3 become narrow.
9 lone central defedner comes more central and communicating with either full back to protect the central area.
10 Central midfielder who doesnt pop out, has to try to deal with near side central midfielder. Communicating with opposite wide player to affect the oppositions furthest midfileder.
11 Goalkeepers starting position needs to be fairly aggressive on the same side as the ball, as the back line need to play as high as they are comfortable to do so, which will condense te depth of the pitch, forcing the opposition to run out of room.

What ifs.
If the striker is not able to apply pressure on the ball from the out set, then there will be a point where he engages, as the oppostion player steps into the second third of the pitch.(highlighted by the poles and line on the pitch)
