Play Phase 1 (15 mins)
Description: 5v5 SSG
- Normal Game Rules.
- Restart with pass-in from the floor.
Targets:
- 1 point for each goal.
Consider Conditions, Challenges, & Targets you can add to progress or regress the session.

Fun Activity (20 mins)
Description: Air Hockey
- Each team attempts to shoot the ball through the oppositions gate (end line) knee height or below.
- Opposition may attempt to stop the ball without using their hand
Targets:
- 1 point for all shots that pass the line within the field boundaries.
- 1 point for ball controlled within half in 1 touch.
