Picture Shows both Sides: All Actions begin with a pass from working GK
3-4 Rounds per side.
GK Starts in Back Gate and passes to outside server on the ground, as server plays ball to second server GK gets to red cone on same side as pass. Second server tosss ball to opposite white disc. GK uses footwork for back to bar to catch ball. (Progression if time: clipped ball into 1st server)
CPs.
-Weight/Quality of Pass and Accuracy
-Balance and efficency of footwork!
-Drop steps to recover to get to goal line.
-If time get around ball so can square up and attack through.
-Goal is not to Dive in situation.

2 GKs Working at a Time
Coach or Player either Calls color of cones on either side. (could also use cones to use visual cue). GK sprints from goal to cone and sets over it. Then reacts to toss back to the bar. 4 Each side per GK and move on.
CPs
-Same as Previous
-Empahsis on drop step the correct way depending on ball over shoulder
-Eyes on ball the whole time.
-Decision-making: Catch, Parry w/top or bottom hand, stay on feet (1st choice) or dive (parry must be with open hand)

Both sides work at the same time (only one side shown above)
GKs work 2 rounds per side and then rotate sides.
-GKs deal with service from server 1 and then find server 3 to see what color cone they are holding up! This is cue for them to get across the goal and set on that cone and then deal w/back to bar service.
CPs
-Ball line and vertical positioning for initial strike
-Efficiency of movement in getting across the goal and then back to the bar.
-Handling decision for the strike and whether to catch or parry over the bar.

Passing and Handling (15 mins)
3 Rounds Per side
A. GK starts off the angled gate. Recieves pass from server and bounces to them. Then drops deep between white gate and then play sin two touches to opposite server. Then sprints forward to red gate for scoop or front smother service.
B. GK starts at the red gate and deals w/volley or service for contour catch. Then drop steps into angled gate and does same passing sequence as A.

-Weight and quality of pass
-Efficiency of movment to get into positions to be supportive of pass and to deal w/service.
-Head always ready to find the next ball.
-Visual and verbal communication
-Clean handling and decision for handling.
