Instruction
1. Centre back to 6, bounces it back to full back who plays forward to striker, as this ball is played the 10 makes the run across the striker for a 1 touch finish into pugg goal
2. Centre back starts and plays into the 8 who combines with the 6, then play into striker with movement either side from 8 and 10 striker picks option which he thinks best, still 1 touch finish to goal

3 minute game everybody plays each other then winner stays on, 2 goals or 3 mins- must win to stay on

Warm Up:
1. Pass and follow your pass. player on end takes touch across body and into next zone. Once ball clear first zone second ball starts. 4 ball going at once.
2. Pass bounce it back and then play throgh to player at end, again touch across body into next zoen and restarts
Coaching Points:
Firm pass
Movement after you pass
Touch with opposite foot across body and play with next touch into middle player
Look to play 1/2 touch anything more slows down the play
