Set-Up: 30x30m
Organization: Two attacking players start in each red zone with 1 defender (creating a 2v1) . Ball starts with the coach serving into the Blue players. Their aim is to beat the defender and deliver a cross. The one opposite blue player then make runs to the box to try and score One white defender is allowed to recover. If the defenders win the ball, the try to score on the net on their side of the field.
Coaching Points: Quality of passing, speed of play in the 2v1, movements in the box to finish

Set Up: 4 goals with a red gate perpendicular to the goal. 3v3 or 4v4 in the middle. Each team can score in any net, but the ball must travel through the red gate before the goal can be scored
Coaching Points:
The ball travels fastest when passed
Attack empty goals
Move to support your passes
Make third man runs if you are off the ball
Adjust your body to finish 1 touch

Organization: Play starts with the goalkeeper playing the ball out to one of their teammates. 1 defender can press to start, all other defenders must remain in the area. Red team try to score on Green gk. Outside players have two touches to deliver a cross and play for both teams but the defenders can attempt to block the ball. If whites win the ball, they transition to try and score on the yellow gk.
