At one end of the field three target goals. At the other end of the field is a goal with a goalkeeper.
The field is split into two. (To start, players are restricted to their zones
The team attacking the big goal will attempt to play forward players following a set amount of passes (ex. 3-5) Play becomes open. The defending team will attempt to win the ball and score in any of the three target goals in order to reverse team roles.
Progress: Players are restricted to their zones until a forward pass is made
