Description:
*players will look to pass the ball across the channel, looking to knock the ball of the cone or through the gate
*each time the ball gets knocked off or goes through the gate, that player gets 1 point
*when the player receives the ball, they must dribble around one on the cones behind the, and then attempt to hit the cone in the middle. perhaps set up 3 or four cones as targets.
*important that coaches replace the ball and not the players

*players will bring their water and their ball to their square
Description:
*players will start as shown above
*player in the box will pass back and fourth with other player and go in the order listed A,B,C and repeat or twice or for a specific time count (30 sec) then switch
* instead of switching players, they will complete the cycle then transport to the other square behind and the player who was in the box is not the stationary player and the other is not in the box making the movements.
Advancements
*on the outside pass, players will do a bounce bass and take their touch into the middle and pass back. The stationary player will pass to which ever side and be unpredictable for the player in the box to retrieve and pass back from the center.
