1v1 Small Pitch

- Two teams split diagonally to each other, with the players from one team starting with the ball laid off by the coach.

- Rotate team roles every three attempts, and player opposition every time the team roles change.

Relay Conditioning

- The ball is brought out by the starting player, dribbled into the middle area and left there.

- The player then runs around the pole & back to the ball, either passing it the first time or take a touch & pass.

- The player receiving takes a directional touch in front of them and follows.

Dribbling Variations

- The ball is brought out by the starting player, depending on which end, they either dribble through the three poles or one of the three variations.

- Variations left to right; Drag through with the bottom of foot & move away with outside, dribble around the pole and finally dribble through the gate, pull back, dribble through the gate, pull back again and move away with a directional touch.

- Each time a player passes into another player waiting at the far end once they have been there and back, they join the next queue to their right. 

- Bibs are carried and passed over to ensure they leave at the right time and to encourage teamwork.

- Once close enough, they play a ball to the player opposite.

1v1 or 2v2 Dribbling

- Two teams split diagonally to each other, with the players from one team starting with the ball laid off by the coach.

- Rotate team roles every three attempts, and player opposition every time the team roles change.

- Players receiving the ball from the coach have to dribble through either set of cones, using the coach at any time for a 1-2.

- If the other player wins the ball, they have to play into the goal. 

- If the play goes on too long, start to countdown from five.

Goal Protection

- Split into two practices if numbers are large. 

- Each team have a goal to defend, with players not acting as a GK.

- All teams start off with 5 points, each goal that is scored takes them down a point. The last surviving team wins. 

Progression

- Each team can use another team to pair up with to attack one of the other two goals.
