- The player then runs around the pole & back to the ball, either passing it the first time or take a touch & pass.

- Variations left to right; Drag through with the bottom of foot & move away with outside, dribble around the pole and finally dribble through the gate, pull back, dribble through the gate, pull back again and move away with a directional touch.
- Each time a player passes into another player waiting at the far end once they have been there and back, they join the next queue to their right.
- Bibs are carried and passed over to ensure they leave at the right time and to encourage teamwork.

- Two teams split diagonally to each other, with the players from one team starting with the ball laid off by the coach.
- Rotate team roles every three attempts, and player opposition every time the team roles change.
- Players receiving the ball from the coach have to dribble through either set of cones, using the coach at any time for a 1-2.
- If the other player wins the ball, they have to play into the goal.

- All teams start off with 5 points, each goal that is scored takes them down a point. The last surviving team wins.
