2 x ladders, cones, hurdles
Objective:
complete course in the direction shown.
1. quick lateral steps (stay low)
2. run backwards down, forwards up, backwards down then forwards up to ladder.
3. sidesteps along ladder.
4. Hurdles 2 footed jump with 90 degree twists. (try to do without stopping)
5. Alternate one leg hops through speed rings.
6. left/right foot twists staying on one side of ladder. (left out right in, right in left out etc).
dash for finish line .

Create area 10m x 10m with cones,discs or poles.
Equipment:
Bibs, cones, poles, goals, discs and balls.
Objective:
Split the players into 2 teams. normal match.

Slalom races (20 mins)
Area:
Set up 2 cones 10m apart with 3 poles inbetween with space of 1m between the poles.
Equipment:
Cones, poles, balls.
Objective:
Pair up with a partner. Start by taking in turns to slalom through the course as shown.
1. dribble with a ball and return to your partner. They then repeat.
2. Run through the course side steps through the poles then retuen to your partner to repeat.
3. Carry your partner piggy back through the course, return and swap over.
Perform a couple of mins on each. Once the players are familiar with the numbers for each activity then get them to race in pairs. Call a number and all pairs have to race doing that number activity.
