Screen 1 (15 mins)

Warm Up

Ball played in from outside to 1 who lays off for 2 to pass to free man on outside.

4-5 Balls around the outside.

Screen 2 (10 mins)

Break down into 3 x 8 mins

First 8' - Free football - Observe

Break 2' - Ask how its going, attention to passing short or long, where most of the passes are being made and lost.

Second 8' - A goal is worth 1, 20 completed passes is worth 2.

Break 2' - Compare the passing from the first 8

Third 8' - 3 Touch max

Break 2' - What did the limited touches change and how did they adapt - should reiterate the importance of supporting play and creating angles to receive.

Screen 3 (40 mins)

1 & 2 perform passing practice from previous Trg.

The ball is then played into space for 3 who crosses the ball

4 & 2 attack box

Player 1 then starts from the opposite cone so the cross comes from the opposite side.

Meanwhile there is an overload (2 v 4 + 1) so players aren't standing about.

This practice would then link into next weeks practice where we would look at the turn over and transitioning into this shooting opportunity / breaking out of the 4v2.
