Activitiy:
5v2 Rondo. Players play keep away 5 attackers in possesion, 2 Defenders applying high level of pressure to ball. Change two players from each grid every 2 minutes.

Organization:
1. 3 teams of 7
2. Use the portion of the field from Penalty box to midfield and width as available.
Activity:
1. 2 teams keeping possesion, 3rd team looking towin ball
2. If defending team wins the ball they look to maintain possesion and count the passes they get while in possesion
3. Play for 5 mins each
4. 2 teams loose possesion, win the ball back as quick as possible.
