DESCRIPTION
- Players start about a metre apart around the cones
1-JOG slowly in and out of the cones (30 sec)
2-Medium pace JOG in and out of cones( on coaches whistle players sprint in towards the POLE and back out again (1 min - whistle every 15 secs
3- ZIG ZAG shuffle through the cones NOTE- stay low and balanced like your jockeying to get the ball
4-RAINBOWS 15 sec righttfoot 15 sec left foot
5- BUNNY HOPS (30 sec)
6-HIGH KICKS FORWARDS (30 sec)
7-CLOSE THE GATE (30 sec)
8-OPEN THE GATE (30 sec)
9-SHUFFLE IN AND OUT (30sec)
10- BACK KICKS (HEALS HITTING BOTTOM) (30 SEC)
