Analytical (15 mins)
Organization;
3/4 turf field, 6v6 as shown. Extra balls beside goals. Cones and pinnies.
Instructions;
Play starts after kepper distributes to server who plays long ball to the red team.
Red and blue players start from the cones and move to positions, red attacking and blue defending. If blue wins the ball they can attack goal.
Restarts are from the keeper to the server based on possession. Rotate the servers on restarts.
