4v2 in the attack, then when blue loses possession then 2 purple come and combine with 2 new central players, can also just have 2 neutrals that stay inside the whole time. When team scores then that team goes off and 2 new come on with a ball.
Coaching Points:
1) Movement of 9/10 to play off each other
2) Draw defender to combine

Organisation
Create a grid 40 x 36 yards with two channels each 5 yards running along each side.
Split players into two teams - 8 players per team to include GK's.
If insufficient players, reduce each team to 4v4 + GK's inside the grid and play a single neutral player in the channels.
Instructions
5v5 inside the area plus a player for each team inside each channel, in the teams attacking half.
Teams are looking to possess the ball with the intention of creating passing angles to shoot. The channel players can cross the ball or play to feet in order to maintain possession. Teams do not have to use the channel players. As soon as a good opportunity to shoot arises, players should do so.
Progressions
1. Allow channel players to dribble inside the area in order to create an overload.
