Method:

Use 3 cones to set up the placing one as the start cone, then step out 15y and place a cone, and step out another 15 and place out a cone, and this is the 30y marker.


This sprint workout is to be done at maximum effort.

Sprint 15 yards , and back 20 times. Out and back is 1.
