TRANSITION: 1V1 TO 3V3 CHESLER ECONOMICAL TRAINING

Team vs team. Each need to name a team captain. They record the goals scored after each game. 3 games of 1v1 going on at the same time. Play is continuous. Play for 30-60 seconds. 

Rotate after each game. 

Start each game with each player having a foot on the ball. Each player attempts to score on any three of the opponents goals. 

Progression:

• Once a goal is scored or missed over the line, any teammate from their endline can feed a ball to them to counterattack the other direction. All goals must be scored past the halfway line. Keep score of each game. Once a game is over, record it to your team captain. They will keep the sum total. Play for time
