Circle of passing receiving and dribble (Warm Up) (15 mins)

Organization:

• Circle 20 ya (soccer field circle)
• 12 Player
• 3 Balls

Instructions:

• Player inside the circle pass to player outside the circle 
• Player outside the circle receive the ball oriented first touche inside the circle  
• When the player inside the circle pass to outside switch the position

• Quality of passing
• First touch 
• Looking up

Progressions:

• 1 more ball

Regressions:

• -1 less ball

5v4+2 Def/Off transition (30 mins)

Organization:

• Box of 20x20 20 meter from the Goal
• 5v4 inside the box (5 Bleu, 4 Red)
• 2 neutral Player outside the box (Red)
• 1 GK 

Instructions:

• Bleu team keep the possession after 3 passes pass to the outside players (neutral)
• Red team steal the ball and pass direct to the outside players 
• Only one defender can follow the outside player when they have a ball
