- 2 pitches set up for the 2 groups of five players. 3 on one side and 2 on the other.
- Defender to start with the ball, passes to his opponent opposite.
- Once the attacker receives the ball they try and dribble through one of the defenders gates.
- If defender wins the ball via tackling then can run to score by dribbling through one of his opponents gates.
Outcomes
- Defender, does he stand them up or swing a leg when engaging the attacker.

Organisation
- 3 lines behind cones that are in front of each mannequin.
- 1st player takes on the mannequin, takes the ball to the side and then looks to score.
- Once scored they serve the next player with a 1-2 bounce pass.
- The second attacker will then do the same bounce pass for the player in line 3.
- Players go to the back of the next line so get to do all of them.
Progression
After 5 mins, line 3 becomes line 1 so doing same combos but on the other foot.
