Goalkeeprs are to be placed in pairs with 1 football between the pair.
Pairs are to stand opposite eachother ( starting at 10 yards)
they are the to throw the ball overarm to the partner who then catches and repeates the process.

Based on success levels, move further apart or closer togeter, do this on a gradual basis.
Mechanics
Ball held in throwing hand, around waist.
Opposite side leg steps forward towards target and opposite throwing arm points towards target
As you step forward, throwing arm staying straight moves behind body in a circular motion coming up past the goalkeepers ear
Release the ball just as throwing arm goes past ear

Explanation
GK is to catch ball from sever then distribute with an overarm throw to 1 of the 4 players as shown in diagram.
Mecahnics
Different release points will lead to a different protectory of the ball
Angle of the arm can vary, as in picture, may have your throwing arm coming from waist, behind you and then around the body, again creating a different protectory and becomes an element of preference

6 GK's split into 2 teams of 3
Square of 5 x 25 to be set up with 2x2 boxes in each corner, opposite corners matching colour as shown in diagram.

Explanation
Teams score a point by transfering the ball from one corner to the other (same colour).
Once a player has the ball in hands they cant move (similar to netball) the ball can only be intercepted (no tackling)
A variety of distribution techniques should be encouraged.
