Handling Warm up:
Keeper in goals.
Coach from central position first serves 6 volleys after each other. Then 2 scoops from the ground and then 2 dipping scoops to start.
After the first 10 are complete the coach moves along a crescent from the penalty spot to the touch line volleying a ball to the keeper. 4 on each side
Repeat with the benched goalkeeper but only half the amount of serves.

Diving Warm up:
1 Server is set up on the cutback where the keeper sets and low dives for 2 balls after each other.
1 Server is set up on the angle for the same service after each other.
- Repeat with mid height balls
- Repeat on both sides and ensuring the benched keeper is worked aswell.

Crossing/Distribution:
Coach sets up on 1 side with balls set up at different angles on the wing. Coach serves ball in for the keeper to come and claim. once claimed can distribute whichever way they want to the keeper set up on the opposite side. Repeat both sides and work on both sides.

Passing warm up (5 mins)
Passing Warm up:
- 1 keeper works in goals and two players on outside (usually benched GK and coach)
- Keeper moves to receive out of goals and plays a first time bounce pass back to server and then moves to other side.
Progression:
- Servers open wider to play the ball. only 1 ball at a time. keeper receives and plays to the opposite server and drops to receive again. Keeper can work on ground passes, clip passes and driven lace passes.
Reps:
3 minutes work through the whole drill. ensuring both keepers work if you have 2 keepers.
