Middle group can send 1 player into outside area to win ball back. The other defending players apple cover and balance

Ball starts in 5v4 half and they are looking to combine with their single striker in the opposite half. Once they have connected with striker 3 players can join to attack on net. Can only score once all 4 attackers are in the attacking end. If the defending team wins they look to connect with their striker in the opposite half.
