Coaching Points:
-Move to one side of the lane - Give yourself more space and easier to see both ends
-Side on Stance - See both ends
-Receive with foot Furthest away from the ball/Closeest to where your next pass is going
-Play with two touches in the middle - one to control and one to pass

Progressions:
-Receive on back foot in middle and play to opposite end. But now middle players make an angle and play a little one-two with end players.

35x25 Yard area.
Ignore Blue cones during first game.
Three teams of 5 Players.
One Ball per team.
Rules:
Object is to pass the ball around amongst your own team. (Blues to Blues, Yellows to Yellows, Reds to Reds)
Try to Spread out and use all of the area.
Progressions:
-Once you have made a pass, you have to move into the opposite half of the pitch - Add a halfway line if need be - This should stop players all crowding around the ball
-Two Touches Maximum - Players need to support each other on the ball
Coaching Points:
-Head Up to see if pass is available or if there is interference
-Accurate Passing to feet - lots of players in small area so passes need to be accurate
-Communication from Teammates
-Use all of the area
Time:
-2 minutes play.
-Add progression 1 - 2 minutes play
-Add progression 2 - 2 minutes play

35x25 Yard Area
Four corners 5x5 yards.
Box in middle 5x5 yards (if more than 4v4)
Three teams of 4/5.
Rules:
5v5 in the middle. Spare team of 5 stands in the boxes. To score a point, teams must make 7 consecutive passes, or get the ball to 3 "corner" players in a row without being intercepted. If ball is played into a corner player, they have two touches to receive the ball and play it back out to the same team that played it in. Teams cannot score in the same corner twice in a row.
Progresssions:
-Maximum 3 touch for Players in the middle
Time:
-2 minutes play then swap teams around.
-Add progression then 2 minutes play again per team.
Coaching Points:
-Head up to see where the space is or where the corner players/defenders are
-Receive on the back foot to try and play forward
-Use the whole area when in possession - make area big - more time and space on the ball
-Switch ball quickly from end to end

55x40 yard area
Two teams of 7 (one floater if need be)
Pitch split into three zones. Two 15x40 areas and one 25x40 area
Teams to Play 2-3-1 formation.
Rules:
In possession, one player can advance into the next zone when the ball travels into there - either by dribbling or passing and following.
Out of possession, all players must stick to their zones.
Progressions:
In possession, players can go anywhere and in any zone
