Aerial ball control 1st touch
SET UP: 2 Players per station, with 2-3 balls each a pole in the middle with a marker 5m away from the pole.
AIM:Aerial 1st touch technique work, players to meet the ball, execute control of the ball, using different techniques , ie, chest, thigh, volley, etc
HOW: Player B 'throws' the ball in the air for Player A to meet the ball at a different side of the pole each time. Throw is designed so player A can control the ball 1st touch with chest, thigh, etc. When Player A plays ball back to player A, he retreats back to the marker and sets for the next throw on the opposite side of the pole- repeat process 10 times and swap.
