Organization:
Putt two cones 3 yards away from eachother and create a triangle with cones on the left and right side.
Instructions:
The player at the first cone is passing the ball to the player at the second cone who is checking in. This player is controlling the ball with there inside/outside foor and goes around the right/left cone to dribble back in the row.
Coaching Points:
- First touch
- Lock your ankle
- Keep your body over the ball
- Place the ball already 2 feet away from your body
- Check in and check your shoulder

Organization:
Set up a small goal and a cone on each side where the players can stand. Put also a cone 20 yards away from the goal and a other small goal. Make 2 organizations with 10 players.
Instructions:
Drill 1: Player 3 will check in to the cone. At the moment player 3 is at the cone player 1 will pass the ball and player 2 will give pressure from the back. Player 3 has to try to turn and can score in the small goal. If the defender steels the ball they can score in the other small goal.
Drill 2: At the moment player 3 controlls the ball he can pass the ball back to player 1 and can play a 1vs1.
Moves they can use:
- Step over
- Body fake
- Accelerate back
Coaching Points:
- Controll the ball first
- Keep the ball close
- Ask for the ball when you checking in
- Make your fake big enough
- Stay with your body between the ball and the defender
- After player 3 passes the ball back choose to go to a side so you get open

Organization:

Instructions:
Player 3 checks-in and get the ball from player 1. At the moment player 1 passes the ball player 2 gives pressure in the back by player 3.
When player 3 controlls the ball they will start playing 2vs2 (players 1&3 and 2&4 together).
Coaching Points:
- Shield the ball
- Get open after passing the ball to your team mate
- Open up your body side ways
- Ask for the ball when you checking in
- Stay with your body between the ball and the defender

Dribble threw the cones and pass the ball to the opposite player.
Use different moves when you go through the cones:
- Right/left
- inside/outside
- Sole role
- L-turn
