Key Factors
Defending: Close gaps, no balls through the centre
Attacking: Punch pass through, runs off the ball past defenders
Organisation
- One pitch with a small goal at either end and split into 4 equal lateral channels
- In the two central channels, each team has 4 defenders in the channel closer to their goal
- The two central channels are unopposed. No opposition can enter the channel
- Each team has a player in the attacking end zones, 1 defender, 1 striker as the game is directional
- The defenders aim to pass through the opposition defenders and into the striker
- If the ball makes it through to the striker the defenders can join the attack to create an attacking overload
- If the defender wins the ball they can play into the 4 defenders or all the way through to the attacker if they can

Key Factors
- Defend compact, use channels for a guide. Compact central channel, 1 player only to go into wide channel. 2 channels defended maximum at any one time.
- Attack with width and speed. Use channels as a guide to have an attacker in each one. Make runs past defenders.
Organisation
- 6v6
- In possession: Play into the attacking half as quick as possible and all players must be in the opposition half, except one designated defnder, to score.
- Out of possession: All players retreat to defensive half, except designated attacker.

Organisation
- 7v7
- 1-2-3-1
- Out of possession: All players except attacker retreat to defensive half
- In possession: Get the ball into the opposition half, with supporting players and in possession, as quickly as possible
