Setup
Cone on endline (setup each line about 4 to 5 yards apart for spacing)
6 yards from endline, 5 cones one yard apart
Cone at top of 18
Setup enough lines that there is at least 3 players and no more than 5 players in a line. Ideally 4 players in each line.
Dynamic Movements (Perform each movement to out to the last of agility cones and jog back)
Agility Movements - Do each movement twice (jog to agility cones - perform movement - sprint to end cone - jog back)

5 Minutes of Technical Work
Setup
Pickup speed and agility cones except for last agility cone
Split line in half with half at endline cone and other half at last agility cone
Setup enough lines that there is at least 3 players and no more than 5 players in a line. Ideally 4 players in each line.

Goalkeepers should be part of team talk and dynamic warmup with speed and agility. They will split away when technical work starts
