Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): 3rd man run shooting

Screen 1

1=Player passes the ball to feet and then continue their forward run in behind.

2=Player sets the ball back to central player then spins in behind and makes a forward run into the box to join the attack.

3=Central player sees foward run in behind and plays penerating pass into space out wide.

4= Player picks up the ball and can either be direct and dirve into the box or take a good touch and pass to a team mate in or around the box.

Animation 3

This progression allows more decision making by the players as they can choose weather to play up the line as per previous animation or play to strikers feet. The player receiving the setback can chose weather to feed the left or right winger. The striker and the winger who the ball was not passed to then make a forward run into the box and try and score with the player with the ball. We are aiming to do this at speed and get behinnd the defensive line to create with a pull bal or good early delivery.
