Objective of the session is to teach the basic principles of attacking, with emphasis on the 3 p's (patience, possession,penetration) using the support player outside, to create a 2x1 situation, yet the outside player understanding the role of wher , when , how and why to support.

ORGANIZATION
Grid 10x10, soccer balls, color vests, 2 pug goals, cones
DESCRIPTIO PHASE 1
Attacker start with the ball, trying to penetrate (principles of attacking) and the 3 p's, attacker goes 1 x 1 plus his wing man along the line, attacker few free to use the wing man, but the wing man cannot score and cannot come inside.
PROGRESSION
attacker initiate with the ball, few free to use his wing man, however his wing man now are able to score.

2 x 2 TO TARGETS
ORGANIZATION
4 players per team, cones, color vests, soccer balls
DESCRIPTION
! player from each team outside as target players
They play 2 x 2 and trying to switch the ball to their target players, the first team that achieve four transitions switch with the outside targets. Outside players can have unlimited touches.
PROGRESSION - The outside players now can have only two touches.

CONDITIONED GAME (WHO/WHAT IF) 2 X 2 +2
ORGANIZATION
30 X 20 grid, cfreate an outside zone of 5 yrds wide, 2 pugs or poles for goal mark, Gks, cones, color vests, soccer balls.
DESCRIPTION
attacking team initiates the game by playing it from the back,(able to use all 4 players) during the possession of the ball, the outside players can be challenged, the outside players can have only two touches.

NEURO MOTOR AGILITY COORDINATION WITH THE BALL
SFA/SLA ( Speed Foward Agility/ Speed Lateral agility)
ORGANIZATION
2 ladders, soccer balls, poles
DESCRIPTION PHASE 1
Player perform a run through the agility ladder twice, performing a forward run, and lateral run without the ball be involved, for motor coordination (proper running dynamics)
PHASE 2
Player will perform a toe-toe touches (10) immediately after run through the ladder as previous drills, at the end of each ladder ball the player perform a series of ball touches, and then dribble to the poles and take a light shot to the pugs.
PHASE 3
Player touch the ball and immediately go through the ladders, perform two touches on the ball, receiving and passing the ball foward to the next one.
