team A works in unison with team C to play ball through team B 

team B works in unison with each other to win the ball back from teams A &C

NO PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED OUT OF THEIR ZONES UNTIL THE BALL IS WON BACK

both teams have to complete as MANY complete passes as possible WITHOUT THE BALL GOING OUT OF PLAY

if the ball is WON back by team B they SWAP zones with the team that lost it 

  • communication - scanning - receiving - intercepting - moving as a unit

PROGRESSION - once the players are settled the ball can be played in the air to the end zones 

if this is the choice of pass then there MUST be an outcome with the ball being controlled by the receiving team, if the ball is not controlled and goes out of play then team has to swap with the middle unit

end zones can be moved into after a set period..

EG:

C have lost the ball & switched out with B
