1-2 Passing Activity 2 (15 min)
Set Up: 10 yd square. Balls start at A & C (On top). A plays to B, B receives & plays to C, C plays ball to B as B makes a run to D, from D plays ball to E. Switch direct each 2 min.
Progression: Work to get to game speed
CP: Hips/Shoulders facing target, toe up/ankle locked/quick ball movement, allow balls to come across the body

4 v 4 w/4 neutrals (15 min)
Switch teams each 2 min. 1 point for 10 consecutive passes. Cannot defend neutrals.
Progression: Add defenders into grid.
Coaching Points: Offer angels of support. Play away from pressure & get the balls to the wide players. Postive/quick movement off the ball.
