Description
The playing area is split into three zones. There are three teams, one in each zone, and the aim is for the players in the two end zones to look to maintain possession and then 'break the line' of the opposition to play into the opposite side.
One player from the defending team in the middle zone can break out to press and when the ball is switched this player should change with another player from the middle zone looking to break out to press.
