Traffic Jam Dribble (15 mins)
Traffic Jam dribble
On coaches command first player in queue with race towards the traffic jame and try to get through the jam without touching or knocking over any of the cones, poles or mannequins, once through the trffic they dribble on the other side and join the other queue at the other end.
Call out only one colour at the start so yellows go or blues go.
P1 - introduce traffic lights, to red = stop, green = go, amber - sole taps
P2 - use just one foot - stronger then weaker foot
P3 - all four go at once - i point if they are first, 2 points if they do not hit any other traffic
