Directions: Progression:
- Same as previous
- Progression: When the defending team wins the ball, they immediately look to transition defense to offense.
- If defending team scores in transition, they are awarded one point and leave defending channel
- If, the attacking team that lost the ball wins the ball back, they are looking to play through the defense to find the black team in order to keep the ball.

Directions:
- Teams must pass through the middle channel and keep the ball away from the Defending team (Middle channel).
- Every Pass that makes it through the middle into the opposite channel is awarded one point.
- If a team loses possession, they become the defenders.
- We are trying to play good passes within our channels in order to find a way through to break the defensive line.
- We are looking to switch the point of attack and break through the defense in order to progress up the field (Game Mentality)
