Session Objective:Shooting & Finishing.
Organisation:40 X 30 PITCH 2 GOALS 2 X TEAMS.
Each team run past half way line and the server opposite crosses the ball and they finish in as few touches as possible. Players from team A go to the back of team B. Same goes for team B.
Key Factors: Ball must be dead before next run starts,always finish spills react on rebounds. Play at game pace. Progress to having player behind chase them and put passie pressure on them.

Organisation:2 TEAMS EQUAL NUMBERS. ALL PLAYERS GET A NUMBER,THEN CAL OUT NUMBERS AND PLAYERS HAVE TO GO ROUND BOTH POLES AND THROUGH GATE WERE THE KEEPER WILL ROLL OUT A BALL THEY THEN HAVE TO FINISH.

Organization:
Two goals and two goal keepers. In the middle of the area, each player has a ball in the designated area.
Activity:
Players are given a number. Each player dribbles in the designated grid and once a number is called dribbles out of grid and shoots on their goal. Even numbers shoot on one goal, odd numbers shoot on other goal.
Variations:
-Switch goals
-Work with both feet
-Once number is called, combine with coach before shooting
