Organization:
1. Half Field (depends on numers)
2. 6 players (3 Attackers, 2 Defenders,1 Goalkeeper)
3. 1 ball(Additional around the outside
Instructions:
1. Activity starts with central attacker selecting one of the servers to receive the ball from
2. As central player receives the ball from one attacker the attacker on the other side joins to make 2v1
3. Once the attacker receives the ball they cannot play back to the server
4. The attackers attempt to combine to score
5. If the defender wins the ball they play out to counter goals and the game restarts with the attacker again selecting a server
6. Rotate players after set time intervals
Coaching Points:
1. Deny player the opportunity to turn
2. Keep both attackers in view at all times
3. Separate player with the ball from support player to create 1v1
4. Force central attacking player away from goal
5. Be patient
6. Moments to tackle
Progressions:
P – Move counter and service area further back so that defender has more space to defendr
R- Alternate sides for services so that the defender knows each time which side they should defend

2. 12 players (3 Attackers,3 Defenders,2 Goalkeepers, 4 Resting)

Instructions:
1. Players play 2v1 in each half of the field
2. The half way line indicates the zones each player is permitted to work within
3. Any player can score
4. If the ball leaves the area or a goal is scored the game is restarted with the opposition’s goalkeeper
5. Rotate players after set time intervals
Coaching Points:
1. Keep both attackers in view at all times
2. Feint to tackle to force a mistake
3. Separate player with the ball from support to create 1v1
4. Be patient

1. P – Remove restriction zones and play 3v3 or 4v4

Instructions:
1. Server plays the ball into attacker who attempts to turn and try to score on the pugg goals.
2. Defender attempts to intercept the pass and return the ball the server, If defender gets ball back to server 2 points, 1 point for attaker if they score.
3. Can create leagues so different players can play each other. Loser relagated, Winner promoted up a field.
Coaching Points:
1. Starting position – goal side,ball side
2. Read visual cues from server as to when they are ready to pass
3. Know when to interceptand when to hold
4. Deny the attacker the opportunity to turn if you can not intercept
