4 v 4 inside 22 line
Focus on out-of-possession team - M-2-M defence - deny player receiving pass
If win possession try to score in side goals
Focus of attacker. Creating space/make the D big/Work together rather than in isolation/2D leads/baseline carry and find.

Split the group into 2 teams. Set up 2 identical courses towards goal. Put a pile of balls at the start of each course, somewhere near the 25yrd line. Line each team up on the baseline. When you say go, one player from each team sprints out to the balls, completes the course and scores a goal. Once their ball goes in the net, the next player from their team starts.

*** you can vary how they run to the balls: forwards running, backwards running, two foot hopping, one foot hopping, cartwheels, summersaults, crabwalk, bearcrawls... anything fun that gets them moving! (If doing cartwheels/summersaults/crabwalks/bearcrawls/anything where they need their hands, leave all sticks at the pile of balls for them to pick up when they arrive)

-Red team attacks Blue 2v1. Allow play to continue until ball is in the net or off the endline (allow sideline hits to occur).
-The coach will blow their whistle to start the next sequence, as two new Blue players, starting from A and B, will attack the far goal vs the same 2 previous Red attackers - 3v2.
-Coach will blow the whistle to start the next phase as 2 new Reds start the play and everyone else remains in - 4v3
-Finishes with 5v4.
4 Sets of 5 mins. One team will start each 2v1 for the entire set.

Yellow team is made up of 5 players
Yellow 4 players stay outside of the box. Blue defenders stay inside the box. Just use one defender if not enough players.
Yellow team make as many consecutive passes as possible through the box. Count each as a point. Count 3 points for a pass from player A.
When ball is lost or intercepted reset the count and start with yellow sideline ball.
2 minutes then rotate so that everyone has a go at position A.
Prescan is fundamental. Communication is fundamental. Good physical conditioning, for defender(s) and player A in particular.
