Ball control activity: half of the players with ball, and half without the ball around the field. Players with ball needs to dribble through the "mine field" (space with cones) and find a pass to an outside player and switch spots. In the cone zone, players should dribble/control it:
- using inside/outside foot
- only the sole
- whatever part they want to, ideally using all of them together.
Progression: now the balls start with the outside players, ball in their hands. A player, without ball, will get closer and ask for the ball. Player with the ball in his/her hands will throw it to the player; player must control the air ball that is coming, set it down, dribble through the mine field, and find an outside player to pass the ball. After that, player must find a new player with the ball in their hands, ask for it and do it again. First round, player throw it from below their waist. Segundo round, they do like a throw in
This time, they play by time. After 2-3 minutes, outside player leave the ball and go in, inside players go to the ball and stay outside.

2v1 - in a small field(same set up as the warm up) we will play a 2v1 situation. The attacking team has one player with the ball outside the field and one ready to receive it; the other team has one defender. There is an invisible line(between the orange cones) that the defensive player needs to wait behind it. Player with the ball throws the ball towards their team mate; player must control it and keep it on the floor. After he/she put it down, the team mate gets in to help, and the defender can move passing the cone line to steal the ball.
after the play, players that were inside the field go out, player that made the throw stays and wait for a new ball to come.
Play by time, rounds of 3 minutes. 2 rounds each team. We can start like the previous drill: first round throw the ball from below the waist, secund round a regular throw in.
Time: 15 min max

S.S.G - in the end of practice, a small sided game. When the ball goes out and players will put it back, give some space to the players to properly receive it and control it before the pressure comes.

Warm up: S.S.G with a smaller space than the usual. Ideally 2v2 in each field, max 3v3.
